Chris was born in a small town called Skewen in South Wales, Great Britain, in 1957.

Chris found his extraordinary talent for motorbike jumping quite by accident. One day, whilst out scrambling on some waste ground, he hit a canal bank at high speed, launching him into the air. He flew for a distance of approximately 40 feet, landing on the other side of the canal. Chris found this a truly exhilarating experience, and knew that this was the beginning to a new and exciting life...
